The Extra Ordinary Give 2017 took place on November 17th and we thank all of our MHALC supporters for being a part of Lancaster County’s largest day of online giving!  This event raised over $13,000 for the support of the MHALC programs and services.

Every year during the Extra-Ordinary Give, from midnight until 11:59 p.m. that same day, you will have the opportunity to go online to our personal giving page to make a gift to our organization. There will be THREE different gift options to choose from:

– $50 can: Provide companionship for an isolated senior struggling with a mental illness.

– $100 can: Provide support services and intervention for a returning veteran experiencing serious mental illness.

– $500 can: Fund an all-day suicide prevention training for a class of middle or high school students.

Mental Health America of Lancaster County’s (MHALC) mission is to promote optimal mental health through awareness, advocacy and education. MHALC is often the last line of hope for those with mental illness in Lancaster County. We help over 6000 people each year, many of them to achieve or maintain a state of mental health recovery. Through this, our people can lead healthy, satisfying and productive lives.
