This year, Mental Health America of Lancaster County was one of ten participants in the Pennsylvania College of Art & Design’s 2017 Designathon. The event took place over a 24-hour period where a representative from each nonprofit pitched their needs, and a group of students worked together overnight to create a design project. The purpose of this event is to prepare students for real-world experience in being able to create professional-quality design materials, while also giving back to the community.
