Meeting Tips

1. Mute your phone when not speaking to create a clear/quiet environment for everyone.

2. Only one person can speak at a time while bridged into a conference call. This limitation will cause voices to cut in and out – making “hearing” difficult for those listening. Be patient, give everyone a change to speak, and pause after speaking to give the group facilitator the opportunity to effectively lead the conversation.

For additional assistance connecting to the meeting, text “Help” to the Dial-in number above. Message and data rates may apply.
