The Warm Line is a listening, problem solving, and reminder service for consumers and their family members. All of the workers have lived experience regarding the challenges and successes of mental health recovery. We genuinely care about our callers which support our core values including integrity, compassion, and trust. Staff members have been trained in active listening skills and also engage caller in problem solving.  We are excited to now offer services including appointment and medication reminders.
