Tonight’s SPC panel discussion will primarily center around Christianity and Suicide as we discuss the challenges facing this specific area and provide suicide prevention education, advocacy, and resources to help promote mental and spiritual wellness to prevent suicide.

Mental reframes to encourage a healthier relationship between spirituality and mental health (asking for help, putting others first, guilt, shame, holistic self-care)
