Hope is more than a feeling.
At MHA, hope is something we put into action every day.

We chose Hope in Action because we see what happens when hope is paired with someone willing to step forward, listen, advocate, educate, and care.

Hope is a family finding an advocate when they need one.
Hope is a student getting the support they need to succeed.
Hope is someone facing a difficult moment finding a person who will stand beside them.
Hope is a community learning how to better support mental health and one another.

And hope is YOU.

Your ExtraGive gift helps turn hope into action across our community. It helps MHA provide advocacy, education, support, and connection to thousands of individuals and families who need someone in their corner.

Every conversation. Every classroom. Every family supported. Every person connected to help.
Every moment someone knows they are not alone.

That is Hope in Action.

This ExtraGive, we hope you’ll join us.

Your generosity gives MHA the opportunity to keep showing up, keep reaching people where they are, and keep putting hope into action when it matters most.

Together, we can turn hope into something people can feel, see, and experience.
