If you’ve been struggling to understand how to best support and address your mental health as a veteran, this discussion is for you.

Tonight’s SPC panel discussion will center around Veterans and Suicide as we discuss the challenges you face and provide suicide prevention education, advocacy, and resources to help promote mental and spiritual wellness to prevent suicide.

This may include, but is not limited to…

Reducing stigma associated with mental illness and veterans
Personal testimony
Self-care practices
Favorite resources for education and online support
