Mission & Vision Statement
The Columbia Catholic Mental Health Ministry (CCMHM), in collaboration with Holy Trinity Catholic Church and Saint Peter’s Roman Catholic Church, continues to work toward the primary objectives of eliminating stigma and discrimination of mental illness, and developing capacity to provide accompaniment and spiritual support for those suffering directly or indirectly from the effects of mental illness which may include (but not limited to) mood disorders, psychosis, dementia, alcohol, drug, and other addictions, as well as grief and the loss of loved ones, especially those that died by suicide.
As part of the parish community, we strive to strengthen mental health ministry in the Catholic Church through networking, monthly workshops, special events, liturgical events, and tangible resources.
Our spiritual support groups provide an opportunity to listen and to be listened to, and it’s for anyone suffering from any form of mental health issue and/or for anyone supporting someone that may be struggling with mental illness. Spiritual support is a key element in finding healing and opening up to Christ’s healing power.

Meets at Saint Peter’s Roman Catholic Church on the 1st Monday of every month at 7:00PM.
All are invited – regardless of faith tradition.
